From the beginning...

I graduated with honours in the fast track Advanced Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario in December of 2016.
I am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since 2017.

Over the past two years, I took a break from my practice to work within the educational side of Massage Therapy. I was working as a Program Coordinator at a local private College, which entailed teaching and preparing students for their provincial exams, supervising the student clinic, and making connections within the community for practical hands on experience for the students.

In my practice, I have had the opportunity to work with people presenting with a wide array of conditions and injuries. Some include sprain/strains, headaches/migraines, sports related injuries, pregnancy and complex conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer, and many others. I have developed a special interest in helping people with persistent pain, breast massage, TMJ dysfunction (intra-oral massage), concussions, physical symptoms related to poor mental health and end of life care.
I continue educating myself to remain trauma & evidence-informed, plus remain patient-centered. By keeping current with research, conferring with colleagues, getting involved in my community, and networking with other health care professionals in the area, I strive to provide you and your family with optimal care.

My hobbies outside of my practice include spending time with my family; we enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, and exploring Barrie and the surrounding area.
