From the beginning...

I graduated with honours in the fast track Advanced Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario in December of 2016.
I am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since 2017.

While attending Georgian, I had the opportunity to work with people in the clinic with a wide array of conditions and injuries.  Some include sprain/strains, headaches/migraines, sports and pregnancy related injuries, and complex conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer, and many others.

In my practice now, I continue to see many people with these conditions, but have developed a special interest in helping people with persistent pain get moving more functionally, TMJ dysfunction (intra-oral massage), concussions, physical symptoms related to poor mental health and end of life care.

I continue educating myself to remain trauma & evidence-informed, plus remain patient-centered. By keeping current with research, conferring with colleagues, getting involved in my community, and networking with other health care professionals in the area, I strive to provide you and your family with optimal care.

My hobbies outside of my practice include spending time with my family, which includes: hiking, fishing, camping, and exploring Barrie and the surrounding area.

Book your next appointment and let's discuss how massage therapy may be able to help you reach your goals.
